If you've been using RYp Herbal Hair Oil and wondered whether a serum would work better, or faster, here's the honest answer: they're not competing products. They're built to do different jobs.
What a hair serum actually is
RYP Hair Serum is made from fenugreek seeds, rice water, and rosemary, with no chemical base. It's a watery, lightweight formula that absorbs quickly, unlike an oil, which sits on the scalp and needs time to work in.
How to use it
Apply it directly to the scalp and roots, morning and night, twice a day. There's no need to wash it out. The scent is natural and herbal rather than perfumed, that's expected from a real herbal blend, not a sign anything's wrong.
It's not recommended during pregnancy.
Serum or oil, which one do you need
The oil is the heavier, overnight treatment, it goes on before bed and washes out with a mild shampoo a few hours later or the next morning. The serum is the lighter, twice-daily option that stays in and fits into a normal routine without needing a wash-out step.
Some people use one or the other. Some use both, oil at night, serum during the day. There's no wrong choice here, it depends on how much time you want to spend on the routine and how your scalp responds to each.
